Shipping Policy We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. For customized or made-to-order jewellery, processing may take longer. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping Charges Standard shipping is free on all orders above PKR 15,000. Orders below this amount may be subject to a flat delivery charge. Return & Exchange Policy Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our jewellery, returns are not accepted. Exchange is only possible in the following cases: The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp or email with photo evidence. Exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable.
